H2O New Media operate a large number of websites and each site has its own laws, but for PromosMe it is quite simple.

Privacy:

• We will not sell your contact details to any other company. At all.
• If you register for an offer you can choose to send the company your details or not. It's completely up to you.
• We will only send you monthly Promos updates if you request it. Opt in emails only.
• We will not sell your SMS or mobile phone details, nor will we rent them.
• If you want SMS updates they will be sent only during 9am and 5pm, and only from Sunday to Thursday. We all need time off.
• We do not sell or display intrusive advertising on our site.

Ethics

• We do not promote fast food companies. We are certainly fat enough.
• We do not promote alcohol brands.  Although we do like beer.
• We do not promote tobacco companies. At all.
• We do not promote gambling, business schemes or get rich quick schemes.
• We do not promote companies offering adult services. At all.
• We do not promote credit cards or instruments of debt that charge interest.
• And lastly, we do not promote companies that we just don’t want to work with. End of story.
